Welcome to your Sundance Film Festival home base — a spacious, light filled retreat less than one mile from CU Boulder, the Limelight Hotel and Pearl Street, yet tucked into one of Boulder’s most peaceful, quiet neighborhoods. With room for 9 guests (1 king, 3 queens, 1 twin- additional queen air mattress available upon request), this home blends comfort, style, and convenience for festival goers and creative teams seeking a serene place to unwind after a full day of screenings and events.

Step inside to abundant natural light, vaulted ceilings, and cozy gas fireplace perfect for gathering with friends and relaxing with a glass of wine. Large windows frame stunning views of Boulder’s iconic red rocks and the front range, giving the home a warm Colorado backdrop that feels both inspiring and restorative. This retreat features two ensuite bedrooms, each offering privacy, spaciousness and ample closet space— ideal for groups traveling together who want their own space to recharge between festival events. Two additional guest bedrooms upstairs (1 queen, 1 twin bed) share a bathroom, and one downstairs (queen bed) with its own bathroom that offers privacy and isolation from the rest of the house. Three bedrooms equipped with their own work stations (desk with extra monitor, one with standing desk and dual-monitor set up) and additional separate office with large windows and views of the backyard provide space for focused work and calls for multiple team members-- exceptionally well suited for teams balancing productivity and downtime.

Spacious living rooms on both the main and garden level provides space for guests to spread out. Downstairs living room also provides a kitchenette with coffee maker, minifridge, sink and microwave for the convenience of those staying downstairs. An eliptoglide, exercise bike, small free-weights and yoga mat are also available downstairs for those who like to get a workout in to start or end their day. Downstairs ensuite bedroom and den have their own exits for those wishing to come and go as they please without disrupting the rest of the crew.

Our home is a quiet retreat, set back from the street with a large back yard and deck set in the trees for a peaceful oasis. For outdoor lovers, the Flagstaff Trailhead sits right out the front door, offering instant access to some of Boulder’s most beloved hikes and views — the perfect way to start your morning before screenings or decompress after a long day.

The open concept living and dining areas provide plenty of space to spread out, while the fully equipped kitchen makes group meals easy. Whether you're hosting a team dinner or enjoying a slow morning with coffee, the home is the perfect retreat for your festival experience.
