Welcome to our beautiful home in the Lower Chautauqua neighborhood. You'll realize how close to everything in Boulder you are as soon as you arrive!

Private off street parking in our rear 2 car driveway off the alley and front one car driveway makes unpacking your car simple. Once on the property, you'll appreciate how you can flow easily between the lovely indoor and outdoor spaces on this triple lot.

As soon as you enter the home you'll appreciate the open and creative aesthetic that Frank Lloyd Wright is known for. From the entry, you'll see the large kitchen is on the left, the dining area straight ahead, and the large living area just beyond that. You'll see the mid century modern architectural design in the bright, warm, inviting, and open living spaces with abundant stone and wood. Many windows look south and west to the large patio and landscaped yard.

To the right of the entryway we have storage for shoes and other belongings. Beyond that there's a private office with a separate sink and a wine fridge. This space is perfect for private work or conference/video calls. The washer and dryer are inside a large closet in this room as well.

The large kitchen is fully outfitted for cooking. Double dishwashers and a Bluestar gas range make cooking and cleaning up super easy. Again, you'll enjoy the view out into the yard to the South and West from the large and open kitchen.

The Dining room table expands with 3 leaves to seat up to 12 people but is normally set for 8 among many windows that make you feel like you're outside. Dining outside is also a great summertime option. The patio has a gas grill and string lights covering the entire courtyard to brighten and warm the space after dark.

As you walk through the living area you'll find a large stone gas fireplace on the right and 2 couches and chairs for gathering. A baby grand piano inhabits the living room if you are interested in playing or listening. There is a large tv and stereo connected to wifi where you can play your music streaming from your phone or computer. The speakers in the living room area.

As you continue back through the living room is the alternative house entrance with coat closet and guest bath (1/2 bath) designed with unique materials including flagstone, slate, and wood. The slate floors lead to a full bathroom spacious for sharing. The hall continues to the 3 bedrooms which sleeps 5 comfortably. Two rooms can be accessed through a private hallway - they are bright with large windows and closet space and have queen size beds. The third bedroom is smaller and next to the bathroom. It is cozy with small rectangular windows, a full bed, dresser and closet space. Window coverings make all of these bedrooms dark, comfortable sleeping spaces.

Further down the hall is the En Suite. This addition is very spacious with high ceilings and a King sized temperpedic mattress. The walk in closet provides ample space for your belongings. A separate bathroom includes double sinks, a large jet tub, a shower large enough for 2, and a Japanese style "Washlet" Toto toilet. The bedroom and bathroom also have large windows and skylights which look out to the courtyard and large treed yard making you feel like you're in a private park. Window coverings keep the morning sun out.

The house is shaped like a U and surround the courtyard which has nice south and west exposure. The house and property feels like a big hug.

For those who like to play, there is a swing outside and a large trampoline on the west side of the house.

Independent of the main house is another large room with a Queen bed and half bath that includes a fully equipped gym equipped with treadmill, Concept2 rower, squat rig with pull up bar, bar bells, bumper plates, rings, and other equipment.

The garage acts as storage for our belongings while we're gone and will be locked.
